They did not bother to protect floor carpet and left filthy greasy boot marks on my carpet. They say that they only charge $40 to diagnose any problem and remove the fee when you get the work done afterwards. I let them do the repair and they never removed the fee but rather increased it to $71. Plus they added other hidden fee in final invoice.
