We The People of NY has been helping people with their legal document needs for more than 7 years. Whether you need us to prepare your documents for Divorce, Legal Separation, Bankruptcy, Incorporation/LLC, Wills, Name Changes, etc., we make the process easy, fast, friendly and affordable.

We not only prepare all documents to the highest court standards but we also walk with you through the process. Unlike many on line services or other competitors, we do not give you an instruction sheet and send you off to figure out what to do next. We do it all for you and are always available to give free information with no obligation. While we are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice, we do have a resource attorney available to answer your general legal questions for free.

No appointment is necessary and you are invited to stop by anytime at our conveniently located storefront office (We are within 1 block of 9 subway lines and street parking is readily available as well).

If you are not able to come to our office, we can provide all our services (except Bankruptcy) by e-mail/fax or regular mail. Our goal is to make your legal matter as easy and simple as possible for you.
