Needless to say, i was very frazzled from being in an accident among other things. Lena, the receptionist was my savior. She called to get my police report number. Then she called my insurance company to report the claim. The insurance rep kept her in the phone for an hour and a half, which is not normal. The rep was overly rude and if I were calling in, I would have cursed her out myself. The car took about two and a half weeks to complete the work since most the parts ordered were OEM. When I picked up the car, it was completely detailed inside and outside. The inside looked completely brand new again.
