I was thrilled to see and A&W open here in Bowmanville.
My visit, however, left me with a terrible taste in my mouth.
The Management treat the staff horribly, that trickled down to horrible service, a wrong order and annoyance by staff that now have to fix it.
I will not be returning to watch the mistreatment of both customers and staff.
