At Superior Pilates, we pride ourselves on our intake and assessment process which allows us to meet you where you are and formulate the best ways to help you move forward. When programming, we take into account you, your life outside of the studio, your motivation and goals. This separates us from the Pilates studios that just want to give you a hard workout.
Yes! Our studio is on the ground floor, there are no stairs and there is handicapped parking just outside the door.
Everyone starts with a Discovery call where we find out a bit more about you and decide if we are qualified to help solve your problem. If we think we can help, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation to see how we can help you achieve your goals
Frequency depends on your goals, motivation and budget, however, we recommend a minimum of twice per week to see results quickly.
We have a wide variety of equipment which means you will never be bored. Our studio is equipped with a STOTT Stability Chair, various pieces of small equipment and a V2Max STOTT Reformer with a vertical frame which enables us to incorporate the Cadillac repertoire into your programming. We also have a CoreAlign from Balanced Body.
